A really welcome addition to Mail in macOS Ventura is the ability to prepare and schedule emails and messages. Write it now, send it later, or send yourself reminders to check or undo (within 10 seconds) emails and messages. Scheduling emails is great if you want to send information after an event such as a presentation.
Next to the send button on your email menu bar there’s a downward disclosure arrow and clicking on that gives you various timing options. These are pretty self-explanatory and this is a really useful upgrade to the mail app.
