Working in a Regulated Industry?
Are you operating in an area where you are subject to regulatory oversight. Have you encountered problems with your regulator when they want to review specific emails relating to a particular matter when you might have many hundreds if not thousands of emails. Finding specific email(s) can easily become an issue. Even if you have a perfectly good email infrastructure, unless you have a fairly sophisticated email retrieval system (for which read expensive) you might still struggle to easily find and retrieve a specific email among many hundreds.
If you already have a system in place read no further. If not, using a few inexpensive tools it’s possible to develop a system to resolve this issue. Each email can be printed to file and given a unique name of your choosing which will facilitate retrieval of those emails at a later date.
