Mac automation support is at the core of AYM – it’s why AYM was set up in the first place. I’ve got more than 20 years experience using Mac systems and automation apps in small to medium business and home environments. I am more than able to help with your office set up and workflow automation applications.

Stage 1 – Assessing Your Needs

I can help you to assess your basic automation business needs and workflows. We can then talk about the opportunities for automating tasks. We can then work together to implement them.

Stage 2 – Implementation

I can also help with online training and Mac automation support. With a lot automation, once it has been implemented, it becomes seamlessly integrated into your normal workflows. It’s also easy for you to build on many of the tools yourself, without any outside help.

Stage 3 – Ongoing Support

But I won’t leave you in the lurch. I’m always available for ongoing support. Especially when issues arise such as expanding your business or new ideas that you might have for automation. Or, as we’ve seen in the past few years, having to connect your staff via multiple offsite locations.

Up Front – A Bit About Fees

AYM’s fees will depend on the complexity of the work needed to meet your Mac automation support requirements. However, I pride myself on my flexibility because I recognise that many of my clients are likely to be small or medium sized enterprises – in other words just like me. The last thing my clients need at this time is another cost-centre. My focus will be on showing how automation can help you operate more efficiently by processing more tasks using the same resources and so creating value for money.

At the start of an assignment I will give you a price for the work which will not change except with your agreement and even then, only in exceptional circumstances. I can do this because I am a small business and understand the need for flexibility in a fast-changing world.

Once I have been able to identify how I can meet your needs I will provide you with an engagement letter setting out details of the work to be undertaken and setting out the fee structure.

I will be your point of contact for all matters relating to the work involved and my contact details are below. If you are not in the UK I would ask you to bear in mind the time difference if you decide to call me. Otherwise, my aim is to respond to all email queries within 48 hours.
